this also reminded me, after not having a buzz and reflecting back, one of my reviewees claimed not to provide MSOG (or might have been an upcharge? been a while) until I declined and then was counteroffered with it being available. ended up not being an issue but this likely would have been the type you're referring to. if the issue had "come up" I suspect it wouldn't have been with help. haha
