From what I've read about the arrests in Washington State related to TheReviewBoard.net, LE took action because of allegations regarding undocumented workers from Korea working as virtual sex slaves. Sexual slavery and underage hookers are gonna draw attention from prostitution strike forces and the feds. Member reviews could be used as evidence (see the thread in the Legal Forum) or lead to other evidence.

btw, my eyes nearly rolled out of my head reading comments in this thread about what some member non-lawyers perceive is "the law," based on watching movies and TV, I guess. Many of the comments were flat wrong -- even laughably wrong, to an attorney. Please don't render legal opinions here unless you're a lawyer -- PLEASE. Please don't use specialized terms of art of the legal profession unless you FULLY understand what they mean. And please don't rely on junk on a hooker board puked up by non-lawyers. If you refuse to listen to my suggestions, I'll believe that 'Pretty Woman' is an accurate depiction of the life of the average provider.
