#2: The maximum age of recruiting was 35 (now 29) and even if someone were marginal physically (or otherwise) capable, "waivers" were regularly handed out.

The deal was (while he was campaigning) she would not file for divorce to screw up his ambitions, but he would give her an active role in the Presidency if he won and she "kept quiet." He won, and he gave her an active role IN THE BEGINNING, which gives credence to what I was told. That would also explain her behavior and expressed attitude when the revelations of Lewinsky began to emerge (her famous "Right Wing Conspiracy" bullshit, when she had known all along what was happening while he was Governor).

Bill's first "task" was an attempt to dump the WH barber who had been there through numerous Presidents, and replace HIM with a bimbo hair dresser he had met after he was elected, but before the inauguration (she was invited to THE BALL!). (Remember the limo on the tarmac in California for a "hair cut"?). Hillarious threw a shouting, cussing, angry fit with yelling echoing for anyone (AND EVERYONE) to hear in the HOUSE!!!!!

As of this post there is NO EVIDENCE they are married today!
