You seem all ate up about something but even after consulting the voices we are not sure what? If a member of my staff made an error in judgment or did something that I wouldn't have done, we are sorry but I would have to support them. If you feel you have been treated unfairly there are always appeals.

We often make mistakes and then bend over backwards to fix them.
