Why do clients lie to providers about their session? Say they're having a great time and then write a no review??

"How dare they?" I'll tell you how. I'm going to let you in on a little secret; this is a SHMB. People have opinions, popular ones and unpopular ones. Combine that with what I call keyboard anonymity (Internet bravery) and anything can happen and oftentimes does!

I agree she has a right to seek answers and the reviewer has a right to not divulge his reasons for any statements he made or his recommendation to her or the community.

IMO, the real reason that you hear one thing in person and another in a review is fear of confrontation. It's the same reason that people will tell a restaurant server that everything was fine, then complain to their friends. When I was in restaurant management, it was believed that for every single complaint we received from a customer there were nine more with the same issue that didn't speak up. In management, I've had to tell people that their work was substandard, discipline employees and fire them sometimes. It's never pleasant.
