Romo will not retire till about March1, 2020. Jerry Jones aned Company will not cut, trade or waive Romo either, not uhder their present contract.
And so it begins. Dak is announced to start over Tony vs. Believeland. Originally Posted by Boltfan

The plot thickens, lol.
Black quarterbacks do not win Super Bowl. Only 2 did it. Prescott odds are stacked against him. Originally Posted by PeterBota

Whether a QB is black, latino, asian or whatever...his ethnicity has nothing....absolutely nothing....to do with WINNING the NFL's ultimate game.

If Dak Prescott leads the team to a championship (this year or ever during his career), it'll be because many other factors (too many to list) were in place and went right on that minefield of a journey that is the NFL regular season and playoffs.

That said, win or lose, it won't be solely on the fact he is a rookie....or black.

I've always hated the phrase "quarterback controversy"....especially used (by the media not fans) when it clearly had no bearing whatsoever.

Team looks amazing. The new blood is giving it new energy and that's giving it new life...
Dak is the future and he looks like he is going to be a great qb
Romo was good but his time is over - age injuries kids at home he has had his football career
Now he should be coaching dak and team full time starting 2017
Thanks and here's to a winning season

think the odds are now 9:1.

If Jerry trades, cuts or waives Tony.......then Tony gets to keep the money. If Tony retires early, then he has to repay what is left on the contract when he retires.

So if you are Tony, are you going to retire...........didnt think so.

Who fucking cares about Dak's ethnicity. He's a damn good QB, humble, handsome and clean cut. He loves his mother (RIP) he's not cocky like these other new QBs (Newton) He reminds me of a young Staubach.
Black QBs rarely win superbowls because there are barely any. I can only list a handful and it's gone up a little from the last couple of years. Most black people want to be Running backs and wide receivers because those are the positions that get the most spotlight I guess.
Idk, why black guys don't want to be quarterbacks. I guess it's the same as coaching.
Doug Williams and Wilson are the only 2 with Super Bowl wins.

Sadly I expected more from Robert Griffin III, Michael Vick, and Vince Young. Since they were such "prodigies"

But Prescott being black irrelevent. I actually didn't even know he was black til it was brought up. Thought he was Latino or something.
