Gallaria BBQ

www.roegelsbarbecue.com/ It's on Voss south of San Felipe. Next to the old Bramble which will soon be Killen's new restaurant. STQ.

And a +1 to the recommendation by Racegear20 for Brisket House Originally Posted by chitwoodstunts

The Bramble location has been leased/bought by Ronnie Killen and is being prepared to open as some type of grille restaurant called STQ. I'm looking forward to trying is since Killen's BBQ is a long drive for me.

The best BBQ comes from the dudes on the truck and that really know how to throw down cooking. It's not the Galleria area but I really suggest just go in there if you're looking for some great barbecue. He makes other things also on a daily basis as a surprise, and his gumbo is awesome.https://www.facebook.com/MADMAX-BBQ-495574757169384/

This thread reminded me of a work trip that lead to a lunch at Killen's BBQ in Pearland. I've eaten a lot of BBQ,not yet at Franklin's but I'll get there soon, and Killen's was by far the best I've ever had. The brisket was the highlight of my three meat plate. Line was long but manageable; met some nice people; the restaurant passed out free beer while you wait in line. Great meal! Originally Posted by bearkat4080
