Who is the greatest one hit wonder band?

Someone help me with the rules here. Can the candidate have only one song that charted? I was going to offer up "Signs" by the Five Man Electrical Band, but they actually had one other song that got up to #26, although I'd challenge anyone to remember what it was.

Didn't see it. Was going to offer up "Come On, Eileen", but it was the first one mentioned...so I really have been trying to pay attention.

Here's one I don't think has been mentioned yet: Mungo Jerry's "In The Summertime".
