Thirty one states participate in this. The Federal Government picks up 90% of the cost, the participating state 10%. There are about 11 million people on that. I hope you are wrong but you are probably right. Certainly Obamacare has its problems. Are they fixable? I don't know but I would hope that a bipartisan committee could be put together to work as one to try to fix the problems. Trumpcare would have been a huge disaster in my opinion.

Time for the President to move on and focus on other issues -- tax reform and the budget for starters. North Korea. Not the NFL
