Couldn't close out the game yesterday and lost by 1. They had OK ST down 10 with 8 min to go. UGH!
The men are getting better. Next game should be a good indicator. In the mean time, watch the women who came very close to knocking off UCONN. They are the real deal.
Getting better? Tech got beat by iowa state. Texas got beat by 35. How is that getting better?

WVU is one of the best teams in creating turnovers. UT is prone to turnovers. At West Virginia. I knew going in that this would be one of the toughest games for UT all season. They are currently an 8 seed in Joe Lunardi's bracketology. Long way to go.

This is the only game that got out of control. WV had spurts of 10 and 15 unanswered points. It was really bad. Yes WV is as pesky as it comes but this reminded me of last year.
The big 12 is going to beat everyone up. Once they either add more or disband and make a mega conference, things will become more normal..for all sports.

I don’t have a “team” because I didn’t go to Texas. I just like watching sports. I don’t think you have to have a team to say anything about a team. It’s just entertainment.

I read in today's sports page it was the worst defeat in Smart's tenure and probably his career. 3 out 4 games this year have been the lowest offensive production in his tenure as well. All this with an NBA lottery pick at Center. At times the BIG line up really works as Osterkowski is a great passer when he moves from the 4 (power forward) to the 3 (small forward). It's really turned into a guard's game today and you need 3 guys really flying around out there. Even the 4 spot has become extremely mobile.

They beat io st who is one of the last four in according to the announcers tonight and Baylor more importantly will be the last four out.

I believe that a record has been set this year for the number of top-25 teams that have lost while being in the top-25.
All the experts are much like mel kippers big board. He’s always wrong but has a idea.

Ultimately, the winner of the regular season will be tt, ou, or ku

I think texas will be around the 5-7 range with Baylor and io st lugging the rear.
He looks like a damn wigger. I bet he’s dating a black girl. He at least looked like a young dirk before.

Thats not very politically correct, congrats. But pretty friggin funny.
Texas's guard play will limit them in the tournament. They just dont have the consistency needed to make a run.

UT is a team I don't want Tech meeting up in the tournament.

Speaking of Tech, 1st place in the league. Hopefully they can get some good home wins against KU, WVU and Ok.

I'm not expecting them to make a long run but 2 victories are not out of the question. Then Bamba leaves.
