That begs the question though as to why Sheila allowed someone to be bumped to get her fat ass on a flight "at the last minute," which should could have booked in time for a reserved seat. She's begging for a ride and shouldn't allow someone with an existing reservation to be bumped in the absence of some emergency .... which she never has anyway! How do you know Lee demanded anything? And even if she did, it is United fault if they caved to it.
