Every provider you ever meet will be in this job for an entirely different reason.
Some make it a lifetime career because they can, because they want to, because they enjoy it.
Some do it for a time to help fill in the gaps while they are trying to get other things in their lives sorted out.
What difference does it make?
As long as someone is not being coerced into this life and is here by choice, I say live and let live.
