They aren't trying to be the next twisted root, just a better tasting alternative than McD, BK, Wendy's, Whataburger, Sonic, etc.
I think they are accomplishing that. The issue for me is that while they're better than those other fast food joints, it's not worth the 25 minute wait....if I want to wait 25 minutes for my burger, I can go to Twisted Root.

I've been to the location on 75 twice....once on a Saturday at lunch when I knew the wait would be 25 to 30 minutes, and once last week on a Tuesday night at 8 pm...and the wait was still a good 20+ minutes. I pass by there every day, and the only time I haven't seen the line that long was on a Friday evening just after 5 pm.

Well I guess that is good for them. Other than my very first visit I haven't waited more than 3 minutes to order and 10 minutes for my food. Granted I have gone in, I am not willing to sit in the drive through lines yet. I have eaten at both the Allen location and the Frisco location with those shorter wait times.

Tried Twisted Root last week and there is no comparison.

In and out is fast food cardboard.

Twisted Root is a true burger joint where the patties are huge and thick and cooked the way you want them and NOT the In and Out machine processed crap that would make Soylent Green look tasty.

Need to try Twisted Root.

There is a really good burger place at DNT and Frankford called Burger Extreme. It's in the same shopping center as Albertsons. Food is great. Decor is lacking. Several TV's usually turned to sports channels.

Twisted Root is the best burger joint I've yet found and there have been many. InO is better than most of the quickie burger chains but not as good a Jake's or even your average Whataburger.
