Arlington PD will tolerate (aka "not go after") the subamps as long as they do not receive complaints from residents or nearby businesses. This is why it is important to minimize the public exposure of certain activities at these places. The last time I went to the place that was very hobby friendly at Arbrook and Cooper there were two mongers leaving and the waiting room was full. APD shut the place down not long afterwards.
