The Governor's Executive Order today focuses on retail businesses. It continues the closure of cosmetology salons, barber shops or massage establishments for services. Starting April 24, those businesses may sell products via pickup, delivery by mail or delivery to the customers’ doorstep in strict compliance with the terms required by the Texas Department of State Health Services, which can be found at www.dshs.texas.gov/coronavirus.
