Business Decline

Just curious how many of you have experienced a sharp decline in business (both providers in the hobby and fellas in their day to day)? In my line of work we’re still crazy busy and don’t see a slow down in sight. Every provider I’ve spoken with hasn’t seen a slow down....just curious Originally Posted by ksdrakehunter

I see several, potential Darwin award winners here!!
The success rate of ventilators seems to all over the place. I see numbers any where from 50% to 70% mortality. Still not "almost all". If they were so ineffective such that "almost all" died when put on a ventilator, then why the huge demand to build them by the 10's of thousands? Originally Posted by Fsn57

That's fear-mongering. The death rate is not high, the death rate is extremely low. Most people who have COVID-19 do not know they have it.

FSN,
The deal with ventilators is type/age/application of the equipment.
Ignoring that fluid filled lungs are a bitch to deal with, if someone shows up and all that's on hand is equipment that's 10 yrs old and not quite applicable to this case, they're gonna plug it in regardless.
