DF - It is called a 'bullpup" design.

The Steyr AUG is the Austrian military rifle in Fa format - and a rifle with easy dissembly and replacement of barrel. a well respected weapon.

I have a semi-auto version - and like it a lot.

It is ergonomic and fun to shoot.

The Steyr AUG (Armee-Universal-Gewehr—"universal army rifle") is an Austrian 5.56×45mm NATO bullpup assault rifle, designed in the 1960s by Steyr-Daimler-Puch and now manufactured by Steyr Mannlicher GmbH & Co KG.

The Aug is great for lefty’s since it has a reversible ejection port.

J - agreed.

One of my favorite weapons.

And if/when the racist, marxist DPST agents OBLM and Antifa decide to come riot/loot in my home - it will be pried from my cold dead hands with as many dead DPST's in front of me as i can manage.

It will be a large pile.

two good things about revolvers .. the hammer is centered making it ambidextrous and it's all but impossible to jam a revolver.

There’s lots of rifles with an ambidextrous safety, not nearly as many with the ejection port. Faxon makes one for the AR platform but it’s pretty expensive.

you missed my point. it's the hammer i said wasn't left or right handed. not the cylinder.
