I have a vague recollection about an East Coast state passing a massive pro abortion law that included a provision allowing the termination of a viable live born infant. Did that happen? was it Virginia or New York?

Without getting to into the weeds, children at birth have constitutional rights such as due process etc. other rights, things like free speech and to bear arms aren’t absolute for children or adults and can be regulated or limited by law at both the federal and state levels. In Kansas, when that changed, those that were already 18 were grandfathered in. I can't remember but it may have even been those that would be 18 in a few months.
