Berkleigh, I guarantee if you listen to "Tapestry" one time you will be hooked. It's probably one of the top ten albums of all time.
But how did Carole King get involved in this discussion?
you nailed it. This is common for most forums on the internet as they develop. Little groups of internet "friends" stick together. It prevents newbies from entering. In short, the forum shrivels up, is left with a few dozen contributors and the valuable parts move somewhere else. The forum becomes less of a business and more of a chat room. Membership and traffic drops off, advertisers drop out, the forum starts that long and painful slow death swirl...but that small group are BFF....lol
This is only my opinion, but the mere fact that ECCIE allows a private sub-forum here, the Spider Hole, which is mainly made up of the original people who created the other Houston based site means that ECCIE not only condones that sort of shit but because they are getting money from the forum, they sanction it. these are the good old days!!!Well, this is embarrassing. I went looking for the song that this line comes from, and what I found was "Anticipation" by Carly Simon (which is the one I remembered). Did this line actually appear in a Carole King song? If so, which one? Google has failed me.

Surprising how a thread can get diverted and then back on track. Please excuse me for the second diversion, and I now return you to the original discussion topic... Originally Posted by billw1032
