The "socialist bailout" is simply a Federal Emergency Declaration to help fund state efforts related to the storm. It is something every state does for every weather emergency regardless of what party is in the White House. Making it more than that is no better than AOC saying Cruz tried to have her murdered.

The US has never been a true capitalism country. There are many programs that some decide to call socialism and do somewhat fit that description. However expecting the federal government to use a program to assist a state that they have sovereign governance over is not an acceptance of socialism as a whole.

Not everyone in Texas. can stay home. Areas.that have recently been converted to green renewable energy have no power. The windmills are frozen. Those affected are flooding into community centers. I suspect they will revert from renewable, back to reliable energy. Anyone interested in purchasing a pre-enjoyed windmill?
A shame really, with all of that sweet oil right under their feet. Go green! 🤪
Joking aside, I'm okay with using renewable/green energy to supplement the grid, but imo it's unrealistic to believe we can rely on it exclusively.
