Texas Legislature Raises Legal Age for Stripping to 21

The clubs in Atlanta used to allow under 21 girls to dance and I assume they still do. They had to wear wrist bands and were not allowed to drink.

The under 21 girls were probably 5% of the girls dancing. Many were Cuban.
