I wonder what the reaction would’ve been if none of the equipment worked in East Liberty and the Hill District, and Oz edged out the retard.

Here's a really good read for all you election denying FOOLS.

https://www.azcentral.com/story/opin...d/69700512007/

Great quotes below from the article. Just like with tRumps election denying, judge basically states that lawsuits lack facts and are utter bullshit. But tRumptards will keep bitching, crying, and whining about election fraud with zero proof to back their claims.

Lake, Finchem acted 'vexatiously'
He said, for example, that Lake and Finchem “filled the gaps between their factual assertions, claimed injuries, and requested relief with false, misleading, and speculative allegations.”

He said, “Any objectively reasonable investigation of this case would have led to publicly available and widely circulated information contradicting Plaintiff’s (meaning Lake, Finchem and their lawyers) allegations and undercutting their claims.”

He said the lawyers acted “recklessly” and “vexatiously” (which is my new favorite word.)

Lawsuit was a 'misuse of the judicial system'
Unlike the internet, federal courts not only like facts, they require them. They demand evidence.

The judge said he shares the concerns of his colleagues about the “misuse of the judicial system to baselessly cast doubt on the electoral process.”

Arizona Certifies 2022 Election As Flood Of GOP Lawsuits Expected

A few excerpts:

The process turned into a contentious battle between Republican candidates who say they were cheated, and election officials who say printer malfunctions and other election day issues didn't affect the ultimate outcome.

Officials have acknowledged 'mishaps,' but say no voters were disenfranchised.

The GOP, however, say the officials are lying, and had called on county boards to delay certification of their canvasses in recent days.
.
.
.
The certification paves the way for automatic recounts to begin in three close races — attorney general, state superintendent and a state House seat near Phoenix — and officials signed certificates of election for the other contests.

Hobbs’s team will now go before a state judge, who is poised to officially order the three recounts.

But Monday’s meeting is also likely to spark multiple GOP-led lawsuits, as gubernatorial candidate Kari Lake (R), who lost to Hobbs, and attorney general candidate Abe Hamadeh (R), who trails his Democratic rival by the slimmest of margins ahead of the automatic recount, promise to take legal action

And Lake's lawyers have been sanctioned for filing frivolous suits
