Who will take Georgia? Walker or Warnock

More hyperbole
Getting in to a place like Harvard or Stanford is absolutely NOT all about merit, but about who your parents are, what position of power and wealth they hold, and your own politics. Originally Posted by Jacuzzme

Sure, like Obama’s kid, Clinton’s kid, Cuomo’s, Romney’s, Gore, Bush, McCain, yada-yada.

It’s a small club, and you’re not in it.
Typically people use hyperbole when they don't really have a point so they need to exaggerate.

It's most likely that Fetterman got into Harvard on his own merit. It's most likely that Fetterman can wipe his own ass. It's most likely that you will have to deal with Fetterman for at least the next 6 years.

It's 100% certain that Warnock took Georgia!

No point, eh? So it’s a coincidence that FOUR of Al Gore’s kids got accepted to a university that claims a <1% admission rate? Were they all geniuses that helped daddy invent the internet?

If you believe that the elite universities are more than a conduit to high society for rich peoples kids, that offer more of an education than any decent state school, you’re naïve AF.

1 out of 3 ain’t bad.
I personally know Peabody graduates, Westinghouse graduates, and Alderdice graduates who've gone to Ivy league schools, so it's not about what I believe, it's about the truth. The truth is that many people have gotten in on merit. Have some people had their way bought in? Yes, but it's not the only way in like you originally made it out to be when you definitively said "You don’t get into Harvard because of ability (obviously), it’s goes by how many buildings your parents are willing to donate." That was a lie. So was the one about him not being able to wipe his own ass. Not surprising that you'd make up a lie like that about a guy who had a stroke.

You're stuck with Fetterman and Warnock.
