Here are copies of most of the emails (edited where appropriate) where Ms. Alice admits she owes me and agrees to pay and then did not yet....could it be the because the post was removed from her reviews????? She threatens to "Ruin Me"....etc You decide for yourself.....she actually seems upset and very bitter I do not like her anymore...wow...I mean why would I .......I just want to get paid back....why is that so difficult to get???

Unless you have a Promissory Note or some other legally-binding promise to repay, the loan doesn't exist, and your threat to turn matters over to your attorney means nothing.

If you have the required documentation, you will have to file a claim in Small Claims Court and obtain a judgment in your favor. Then it can be reported to the Credit Reporting agencies.

I would not consider this guy a valued contributer to the board. He harrasses and stalks these girls (info from the horses mouth), and after they get fed up w him, and wont see him anymore. He comes on here and tries to smear their reps. Real loser this guy. Have seen both of these girls multiple times. They are both 2 of the best providers in DFW. And are extremely consistent w their service and attitutes.

The No speculating on restricted topics you guys seem to be referring to are solely a result of my ex management spreading a lie that was a complete untruth. She has her own deep rooted problems and chose to create unnecessary, fake drama that i refused to be a part of in the past when there needed to be nothing more than a clean break.

The reason this person is upset is due to the fact that i choose to not see or communicate with him anymore. There hasn't been a day that goes by that i have not received an unwarranted call, voice mail, text, or email from him. This has been happening for nearly two months now. It got to the point where people in my "real life" were suspicious of our relationship due to his lack of discretion. All because there was obviously a miscommunication about a gift. There was way too much involvement of this man in my personal life so my advisers and i found it best to cut ties.

As far as the weight comment, I find hardly consider being 5' 4" at 115lbs to be defined as "thick". And smell of cigarettes? Those who have seen me know that I am not so disrespectful as to violate your senses like that. This is a business, and the comments only prove that the post was out of a strong negative resentment that I will not see or communicate with him anymore. I stay UTR and only see a handful of regular RESPECTFUL friends as I have a day job and school to also focus my life on. The reason is neither here nor there, the fact is I have a VERY clean bill of health. And will never have time for the dramatic childish behavior that comes from being too involved in this lifestyle.

I have no knowledge about this incident and I have never met or talked to either party involved. What I do know is loaning money is risky (just ask any bank that survived all the closings).

IMO if (if because I don't know for sure you did) you loaned her money you did it knowing there was a risk it would never be repaid. IMO the only reason someone would take this risk is because of future gains (like interest, extras, things she might not normally do, etc.) that they thought would make the risk worth while.

IMO if (if because first I don't know for sure you did loan her money and second if you did I don't know for sure or not if she repaid it) she didn't pay you back then your risk didn't pay off as you had hoped. Such is life when you take risk, like loaning money, playing the lottery, etc..

It is what it is, either move on or deal with it privately because IMO none of us has an interest either way how this works out. You already said you have your Lawyer working on it and other than the two of you (which is solely where the truth lies is between you) it wont effect anyone else on the board so why air it out for all to see unless you are trying to do a smear job on the girl? IMHO since you say you have a lawyer working on it which would resolve an issue (if there truly is one) the only reason I can think you would still be here keeping this thread up and going is you want to smear the girls reputation. It very well could be for different reasons but that is what it looks like to me.
