What Is Everyone Doing For Thanksgiving?

Family, food, football and napping(is there an F word for sleeping?)! After numerous Thanksgivings away from home while on active duty, now enjoying the retired lifestyle!

Well, I will be doing the same thing I do every year, cooking Turkey dinner. The SO is such a bad cook she burns water. This year, I think I will make a Pumpkin Cheese Cake with lots of whipped cream for dessert.

I'm not travelling till Christmas, so it's turkey in a box for me and the mutt! Makes no sense to go all out for just myself, even if it is Turkey Day. Happy Thanksgiving all.

Well, we got the Wild Turkey guys! Looks like we're gonna have one Happy Thanksgiving! Now, if the Cowboys would just win...winner, winner...Turkey Dinner!

Just pulled the apple crumb pie out of the oven, and in went a pumpkin pie.

I will stick with my Rum..... I have bad memories of my last encounter with Wild Turkey!

We decided to do a really nice buffet at a well known spot this year. It keeps mama from cooking all day long for everyOne. Afterwards to daughter's house for football and mAore dessert.

Thanksgiving with my parents and sons, then off to spend a couple of days with my daughter in Missouri. Having grown kids moving around the country makes holiday planning a little more interesting.
