I was under the impression a clean slate was given once a ban had been served.

Lurking in another area and then commenting about situations that involve people that you do not seem to know seems kinda chickenshit to me....

Are the forums closed to others outside the geographical location? Those of us that travel, have friends in other areas, or might have lived in certain areas need to know these details.

The one universal truth I have learned on SHMBs is "Less moderating usually results in better moderating." But what do I know . . .
