Thank you everyone for your well wishes . As it is I got my doctor's permision to exercise specific areas SLOWLY and with very light weights. And in no time he did say because of my general overall health I'd be fine. And one of the members here actually send me a stunning bouquet of flowers. I am always touched by kind gestures like that. Interestingly enough because I DO take calcium and coral supplements, the doctor I went to said coral was a very underrated supplement in th repairing of bone and he felt much more scientific studies were needed to be done on them, but he was all for it.
So at the gym when I hobbled in there they were like, so did you beat someone up again? Or did you get beat up?
I said yeah, I went one round with my suitcases...and I lost the first round.
