I am either too timid to encounter "rip-offs" or too naive to recognize one even if I do, but I can understand the negative experience and bitter feelings of the more adventurous hobbyists. What I don't understand is the need to constantly express sweeping hostility and disdain toward all providers that, IMHO, turn off the legitimate ones.
