Thanks OSD - after my second post i totally forgot about that thread.

I don't like HLH....at all - had a similar run-in with her a few years ago.

All indications are that she's a wonderful provider once you get in the room with her. But she seems to have some serious anger management issues. And her TCB skills seem pretty horrendous from the few examples i've read about.
