After the second or third time she assures me, most guys are that quick, or that happens to alot of guys...she usually wipes my tears and I break out my casio keyboard and play a Flock of Seaguls medly.......

the training director at the gym where i've been going said - carbs before exercise, protein afterwards. so, whataburger grilled chicken sandwich!!! or, if it's late nite, taco cabana breakfast tacos or chicken fajita tacos w/ guacamole!! yum!!!
