That's an easy one. The answer is she has the right to do whatever she feels like doing. If he's black, white, stinks, has a couple of teeth missing, or if he looks like Michael Moore and the site of him makes her vomit no explanation needed. You also mention that you've never seen any providers white or black say no white guys, but they have quite a few black providers who also have the NBA rule. So what do you have to say about them?
