Gardening in "The Sandbox"

Damn rain, cool weather and lack of sunshine; nothin's makin' any substantial growth here in my corner of the world.

Tomatoes are doin' okay. You could train an ape to grow them. Peppers (bell and cayenne) surprisingly, not too bad. The rest: eggplant, pole beans, cucumbers, zuchini, pumpkins; they ain'ta growin'. Som Bitch!!!

tell ya what im doin..im taking my gallon water bottles and im cutting them out and using them for planters so that i can in house garden.the anticipation is killin me...i want my herbs and stuff to grow up now!lol

Yeah. I shoulda done like I used to when I was a much younger man with more passion and energy (low T?), start the plants from seed indoors and transplant when the time's right. For some reason, I always had more success.

these guys (yukon gold) did not mind the 3 weeks of cold and rain, they are 3 feet tall already. I did manage to get a pic of a hoe too, LoL
