Instead of writing the review and wasting 15/20 mins , he is utilizing that time by planning and executing new appts ..

Only ILDA can be harrassed for lack of review submittions. He was to regular in his early hobby days, now an aging hobbyist his regularity has suffered. Maybe someone needs to get him some Metimucil for hobbyist....
