I work out daily. Have completed many 30 day challenges, the squat one kicked my ass. I have a gym membership,a nd free weights at home (working on my arms at the moment). Some things (such as mommy tummy and having c-section I work at, but will get that tucked later). Believe me, there is no easy way to lose weight no matter what, and I don't have alot of loose skin for all of my strength training. I think I look great and another 20-30 pounds will put me in a better place. You fill in the blank, and this is suppose to be a welcome back thread, and I don't want or need your 2 cents!!!
