It's not a mod's job to look at police reports and determine who is posting lies and who is posting the truth. Mods are here to keep the conversations civil and on target. They help members with technical questions.

At the end of the day, all of this is a dispute between some providers. It's not the mod's job to resolve their issues. If they want to present evidence to the community that supports their argument, then they can, and should, do that on their own.
In essence, the mods aren't the judge and jury, the members are. Each of us, if we even care, gets to decide who, if anyone, to believe.

As long as everyone's obeying the guidelines of the board, none of this should be locked or hidden.

With all due respect, no, not cool at all. It is more of a power grab and in one case an ego trip and defies the owners wishes that discussions continue, regardless of the level of drama according to the "guidelines".

Drama in threads helps define both for the ladies and the gentlemen some of the true personalities of the parties involved in a discussion. Drama discussions are where the term SPA (self posted alert) originated.

IMO, any outside of Eccie documentation, would really not fall under their scope.

There are plenty of actions a Mod is taking which I completely disagree with...but I don't think we can expect him to go outside Eccie world .
