This is a site issue with IE11 more vulnerable than other browsers. Originally Posted by jokacz

I always suspect the banner ads on this site for causing problems. Like I said, this is the only site causing problems. I've never had a problem with IE until 10 and 11.

I am not using IE, and I don't have a problem.

Every time a new version comes out I have to block it at client sites since pretty much all line-of-business apps are browser-based. Eventually their devs update their code to work around all of M$'s security and the cycle continues. There's no excuse for using IE except if you need Active-X apps or centralized management. I personally use Chrome with Ad-Block & Flash-Block & things fly. Of course, my honkin' rig with the SSD drive & massive gaming RAM helps...

Sorry, I'll tuck my geek cred back in my shorts now and just show myself out...

I shut off Flash in manage add-ons in IE11, and all is well now.

I'm not having any problems accessing the site at all last week. But then again I know a few tricks and I can't share sorry guys. PM me if you'd like to know.I'm not even sure the staff knows this trick. <evil laugh>

Just had a freeze/lock related directly to TW cable that was mentioned in my above post. All Internet connectivity went dead. All browsers would not work and Internet radio, I listen to stopped.

I did not receive any email notice of new posts to my subscribed threads all day today, but I am being bombarded by a deluge of backlogged email notices right now.
