I have learned to be extremely careful when it comes to my alkyhaul intake. It really has more to do with my cancer meds and how it is processed through the liver that makes me more aware. As a reuslt, I have not had a hangover in years gut, in the old days you could not go wrong with some alkie-sletzer, tylenol, and ibuprophen washed down with a lot of water. I know, some people do not like using tylenol on top0 of alkyhaul but the idea is to ward off as much of the pain as possible.
