How HARD is it to NOT be lost?

The only situation I am thinking that a provider would not know where she is located is if she didn't drive their herself and someone else was paying for the room/checking in.

Well SL, I really don't know. You see I didn't drive and someone else paid for my room. And for some reason, the address is not on the phone.
