Ok, if you go back about 60 posts, you will find the original topic about a form of screening offered by the OP. As a minor issue, the only forum suitable for business related topics is in the National forum. More importantly, this type of service cannot be endorsed and must be strongly recommended against for various reasons. At the top of the list is the potential for outing as outlined in rule 5 (see below). If a provider gets a PM from a prospective client and then gets his real name in the course of screening, any sharing of those two pieces of personal info with someone else constitutes an outing situation. I realize that the OP has no need to know the members username to conduct a search and wasn't asking for it, but the potential for misuse of info is still there and is a bad precedent to set. Outing is taken more seriously than any other violation of the rules, so it's best for everyone not to place themselves in any situation remotely resembling it!
#5 - Outing or threats of outing are taken seriously. Membership here is anonymous and for the privacy of our members it will remain that way. That means any effort or attempt to connect a person's real world information to their username on this board will be dealt with swiftly and harshly. This includes real names, employment, medical info, addresses past or present, images, criminal or driving record, etc. We expect everyone who participates here to respect and go to great lengths to protect the anonymity and privacy of one another. Reckless disregard or accidental outing will also be taken very seriously.
