Personally, I've never had success with the SNATCH. I've tried multiple times to contact supposedly available providers. I've never succeeded, but apparently others are. That is cool with me. I occasionally look over the recent posts, and yes the abuse of the posting rules are annoying, but so what? It still is generating views.

A solution to the SNATCH "problem" is possible, at least theoretically. I've personally done work in vB creating custom forms that limit and control what is entered in specific forums. Admittedly this was on a later release of vB, but the same thing could be done with the eccie version of vB. A moderately smart programmer could even code the form to check for previous postings within a specified time before allowing the post. Or an automated process to analyze daily posts to the SNATCH thread could be configured to run at say 5 am and automatically issue points to posts that exceed some defined rules. Ladies would get automatic unpaid vacations, mods get some sleep, St. Christopher rolls in the dough, and Whispers is left looking for a new issue. It isn't going to happen though, probably for the same reason the software is still configured to allow women to post in review threads. Sorry for the dig...

I think the real issue here was touched on by a previous poster. Maybe the SNATCH was stealing Whispers' glory as the cash cow of eccie.

Having said all that, I'm still trying to figure out Whispers' motivation. I find I ultimately agree with some of his conclusions, I just can't handle the drama required before he unveils them for us to see. Too often a Whispers thread is like "The Days of Our Lives" or "General Hospital". You can miss a day, week, month, hell even years and get right back into the story the next time you find yourself in the hospital with nothing else to watch.

The final word to confuse things even more. I've met Whispers, in a private party setting, and he was a gentleman to all. Good conversationalist, good storyteller, not overbearing. Not at all what I was expecting.

Yeah... actually meeting people tends to be a reality check.....More people should get out from behind their screens....

Like some other things I post, making that kind of comment is simply to send the wusses into a panic or for entertainent..... I have no desire to MOD anything. I couldn't be the pain in an ass I enjoy being to so many around here which is simply a source of entertainment.

i think that at least 95% of the guys on here, could give a rats ass when it comes to violations of the snatch forum. and the fact that it wasnt moderated to everyones liking. we really dont give a damn. we are here to find ass, and find out which girls suit our liking. and that is really about it. i think it is safe to say that the majority of us are just happy the way things are, dont let it effect you so much.

I want to know where the hell is SL in all of this? Usually he's riding sidecar when Whispers comes in here kicking up dust.
