So this is my understanding:

Carla offered OBSG a refund but he declined and said lets do a makeup session. Carla agreed.

Then Carla changed her mind. No longer offering the session OR the refund.

If I understood the situation correctly, a refund should be made since Carla agreed to having a session IN PLACE of a refund. Simple business example: It's like if I go to the store, pays for a TV in advance and never got the TV. The store then offers me a refund, I decline and say I rather wait for the TV. It never comes - should the store give me a refund then? I think so.

I would like to point out she has not denied any thing I have said. Not one thing. All she says in her defense is she offered a refund which I stated up front. Do you really think I would ever have gotten it?

She doesn't deny she agreed to a make-up session instead and never delivered. That is the bottom line. She took my money and never did her part.

You can tell me I was foolish for allowing this to happen. Maybe I was. At the time I gave her the money it seemed the right thing to do. I got burned. I can live with that.

But other guys need to know she will do the same to them. That is why I posted.

I have greedy. Actually, I think I posted a very even handed post. I stated what happened, I did not call her names, I even included some nice things about her. Only when she made it nasty did I change my tone.
