Guys/Gals... (Raw Dog)

I think Raw Dog is a jerk - but I don't see the point of this thread.

The fact is ... you can ban him ... and you can ban every provider and client who goes "Alles Ohne" (as they say in Germany) - but that won't stop the barebacking in this hobby. It will still happen - we just won't know about it.

I would much rather have Raw Dog shooting his mouth off and bragging about it ... and other clients and providers doing likewise - so that I have a more complete picture of who's in the "Alles Ohne" club so I can stay the fuck away from it.

Okay second thing is ... let's not flip out over STD's. Condoms - yes we need to always use them in the hobby - just like seat belts in a car. We don't expect to get in an accident but we wear them just in case. And condoms are very effective in preventing the spread of STD's. If I use a condom and later find out the provider had HIV - I'm not going to freak out, or really worry about it that much - I WORE A CONDOM (plus M to F transmission of HIV through vaginal / oral sex is hard, at least for men to contract). If a condom breaks - I am not going to freak out because the providers I see are professionals who ALWAYS use them and thus - they are very low risk.

And you can ask every provider I've seen and they will tell you I have never asked or even hinted at NOT using a condom. I "stop" to adjust it if it's slipping off - or grab another.

Keep everything in perspective. For the guys ... do you use a condom for every act of sex you're involved in? Uhm ... what about ... WITH YOUR WIFE? I expect that providers who are married probably also OFTEN go "Alles Ohne" with the hubby.

So "barebacking" is all around us ... let's just calm down ... let's not freak out. Play safe, religiously but guys ... don't expect that that every girl you see is as clean as the driven snow and has never known another man's bodily fluids.

But I will say this ... providers have told me that there are A LOT of guys who will deliberately "slip" out of the condom and attempt to keep going. So a girl has to be on her guard - at least with new guys. I don't know if you can "feel" the difference between a wrapped one and one that isn't though.

I had one girl in Germany, she was Czech, and she constantly had her thumb and index finger wrapped around me the entire time to ensure that I didn't try to slip out of it. She wanted to FEEL it the entire time. She even did it ... WHEN I WAS BEHIND HER. Talk about a contortionist!!

Which frankly ... sucked for me. But ... how can I blame her? Apparently she had had one two many assholes try to sneak out of it on her.

I know a lot of people are "pearl clutching" over Raw Dog - but what he's doing is OVERT. If you're one of those guys who likes to "slip" out of one and see how many raw strokes he can get in before the girl notices ... you're really not any better than he is.

EDIT: By the way ... I HATE condoms as much as any other guy. But ... it's the cost of doing business in this industry. After many years ... I found the SAGAMI .002 (you can get them on Amazon and 12 will cost you $17 so they ain't cheep) ... they are micro-thin, made of polyurethane so they are STRONG. The sensation is INCREDIBLE and they are completely transparent. You can tell it's on ... but it's not so "in your face" distracting. Since they are thin, I always ASK the provider if I can use them. If she says "no" ... then, well - her rules you know ... we'll use one of hers. However, I've never had a provider say "no" - or even think about it that much. I think these are pretty reliable. Only time I ever broke one was when putting it on. That's not a problem - just put on another (you haven't done anything yet so no worries).

The mouth is a VERY different environment than the vagina or the urethra of the penis.

It depends on the Doc's you talk to. I've seen Doc's online say there is ZERO chance for spreading Chlamydia orally. CDC says "yes it can".

Gono ... most Doc's say it CAN spread orally - but it's very difficult to. I've seen studies that Gono in the throat will resolve itself within 12 weeks without any treatment whatsoever.

So it all depends on who you want to believe. I have talked to countless hookers and hobbyists who dismiss it saying ... "I've done this for decades and never once did I have a problem." I have known high-volume providers who have done it for years without contracting the slightest thing.

If you want to be 100% safe - then wear a condom, most providers will gladly indulge you.

A girl can get gono vaginally - and she'll need to see a doctor to get rid of it. If she catches it orally - she may never know she has it and it's GONE in 12 weeks because the body eliminates it. It's able to do this because gono can't get a good foothold in the throat. In fact - if I remember correctly - gono can only hide in the throat, can't live in the mouth at all (not for very long anyway). There are some hobbyists that say that unless a gono infected girl "DT's" you - then you're safe. i'm not willing to go that far because I haven't seen a study on that and I haven't heard any doc talk on it.

Right now, in Africa ... since they can't get a lot of African men to wear condoms - they're trying to talk them into being circumcised ... because they have studies showing that circumcision greatly reduces the Female to Male transmission of not only HIV - but other STD's as well ...

And they reproduced the results ... finding that a circumcised males have less than half (.44 percent) the chance of contracting HIV as uncircumcised males.

Why is this? Because you're changing the "environment" around a male sexual organ by removing the foreskin - which, though it has a protective role - also is adept at harboring organisms in the moist environment underneath.

Soooo ... not all "holes" are equal.
