The Providers I see on a regular basis ask me...either verbally or by touching the little fella. If I am seeing somebody new and they haven't asked and I want some more I ask them...either verbally or by placing their hand on the little fella or by reaching for them.

If it truly is a once and done session then I usually announce "I'm done!" when I come back from cloud 9. It's basic communication 101.
