If the forum guidelines were enforced more often we could easily rid ourselves of quite a bit of those problem people. Seems like that lack of enforcement makes others think they can be just as disrespectful and get away with it.

Personally I believe that our local mod team is doing a great job in enforcing the guidelines as instructed.
The guidelines are not as black and white as they seem, and even though the wording of the guidelines have not changed,
the interpretations and rulings on how to enforce them are always changing.
Just when a moderator believes that he understands how the owners of the board want a guideline enforced
along comes a change which might be completely opposite from how it was enforced before.
If you still feel that the guidelines are not being enforced correctly them maybe you should try walking a block or two in their (the mods) shoes.
