Does a face pic really matter?

pyramider's 1.3 of dangling death should be in every showcase photo.

A piece of fried chicken should be in at least one photo as well.

Big time no. Taking the session would have put me in a compromising position based on my association with said person. Originally Posted by Victoria of Houston

The short answer: Yes, face pics make a difference.

The long answer: Yes, face pics make a difference. There are plenty of guys who will ONLY see a lady that shows her face. There are many fewer guys who would never see a lady who shows her face because they don't trust her discretion. You WILL get fewer inquiries if you start hiding your face. However, if you're getting more business than you want/can handle, then it might not matter. It could very well happen that the drop in inquiries doesn't affect your bottom line at all. But that's only if you're already swamped in inquiries.

If you don't care about the hit to business, and you REALLY want to try to protect your kids from finding out, kill River Song off and come back with a new handle. Take new pics, maybe change your hair color or style, and start fresh, never showing your face. If you allow yourself to remain known as River Song, the face pics of River Song will always be likely to come back and haunt you.

Best of luck. Originally Posted by CarolineDavenport

No, if you have a good reputation, good IOP, good reviews, and reasonable rates, you could easily get away to advertising without any pics at all. Originally Posted by Pica Flor

Two things to consider on face pics. If its on an enrollment site, the chances of the pics being seen by friends and family are remote - unless they are hobbiests. If you publish the face pics on a venue like BP, then the whole world will see them - forever.

Conclusion - ECCIE and P411, go ahead. BP-not unless you are planning on a lifetime career in the business.

The chances that a sorry excuse for a human being will nurture a grudge against us and try to ruin our lives is MUCH higher. In this case (the more likely case), having face pics advertised at all is no bueno.

So yes, it can and does happen. Showing your face is showing your face. The internet is forever. It doesn't matter what site it's on.

Seeing that you've been doing this , on this site, for a year it may be safe to say your established. So blurred facial pics that still show your smile or eyes would work. You're not some new hooker

As you said, because we are all in it, it's not like they could very well go around talking about it.

My point is, plausible deniability can only get you so far; if you show your face, imo, there is no way to deny anything.
