If it < 5% and tiny drop then why you girls advertised (till 2010) all the ECCIE reviews (only ECCIE and none from other sites may be??) in all of your ads outside of this teeeeny...tiny..website?

I'm glad this post was started, after reading all the responses it will help clients decide whom they want to see and also providers determine who they want for clients.

I have had no encounters with the Elves. When I 1st was interested, and did some research, I noticed posts with the same ad, in several cities on the same day. That in itself made me say "no thank you."

As for the rest... I've been wanting to see what the Elves have been all about for a while now (in person). Some things have been inconsistant such as knowing if there is a discount for ECCIE people... knowing if they are in town or which one of them are in town. However, the issues I see above fall in line with errors in communication... just like the issue which started this post.

If I were the Elves or coordinating their efforts, I'd probably set up a weekly (or twice weekly) meeting to discuss and coordinate team objectives and individual activities and scheduling. I'd also suggest not seeing any clients after driving over 350 miles unless there is a minimum rest period prior to the first client.

Having said all that, I find the issues posted above to be small details. Small details can make a big difference in customer experience--however, I don't think these are going to be dealbreakers. As providers and the gentlemen who see them often have issues with communicating and cancelations... sometimes there isn't enough positive for some people to counteract the singular negatives that come up in a provider or hobbiest's lifetime of play... but its not as big a deal as we often make it out to be.

As i said previously, we have only posted 85 times in over a year here. Sure we have over 100 eccie reviews, however we have over 1000 total in all boards. KC is a very small market as far as hobbying goes, to the north, Minneapolis is a far larger and more lucrative city. There are over 40 cities nationwide that yeild more hobbyists and less bs than KC in a far safer and less LE induced manner. Did you know that KC has more busts than Los Angeles? Bottom line is that it is KC who will have to kiss the proverbial ass to bring in new and quality providers with busts every week and more and more ego minded and loud board members, providers will simply stop taking the risks. There will always be men wanting young, clean and energetic young ladies, the question is how long will young , clean and energetic young ladies want KC? Bottom line is anyone, who does not want to accept our policies is absolutely not wanted as a client, as it is those same individuals who make all ladies feel uncomfortable and degraded. Taking your business elsewhere is not a threat, it is a relief.

Our ladies have introduced more members to eccie than most likely any other group of providers in the nation, due to our advertising and mention of eccie for those interested in reading reviews. We are simply not ever going to put all of our eggs in one basket, too many providers have done that with aspd, escorts dot com and other sites that always end up crashing and burning and those providers have to beg borrow and steal for clients until they rebuild their attention area. With over 100k hits per week to our website alone, I am certain our position of business is secure.

There is no point in us continuing to post here in KC as the typical overbearing "masters" of the KC hobby world will always take offense when any provider shows any self value or worth instead of simply bowing and allowing. I do find it odd that it is always those members who spend the least and see the least amount of providers who always are the instigators. We do appreciate the many emails from those who are do understand that far too many providers have to tolerate the "forum dominants" in order to ensure an income, and we do not. To those who have emailed us to say they are not included in this rif raff, we do understand and will continue to cater to your needs, we simply will not be using eccie kc to do so, watch for our ads on bp and our website for our visits. Thanks again.

I've stayed silent on this one, but come on. Enough is enough. You don't have to run down and entire town just because you got some bad press. Whether or not you value us, or Eccie is irrelevant. But what possible good for you and your business can be had by coming on her and slamming us? None. I'm not surprised there are more LE busts in KC than LA. LA has other, bigger fish to fry. But one of the reasons Eccie is important for us hobbiests in KC is because LE is so active.

I'm not naive, I travel. I know in many other cities other boards or venues dominate. I also know how many of our Texas Eccie brethren think of us. We're not full of self-import. But we are proud, and it's insulting for you to come on here an slam an entire community because Ella made a mistake. I think we all get it. She made a mistake that could have been so easily rectified as to be a non-issue. Her reviews do speak for themselves and everything I've read is that she's amazing. And I still would like to see her.

But your responses have been horrible! You take a small cancellation issue and turn it into a conspiracy with all your other enemies chasing you and spinning it into not forcing the girls to do something they don't want, when that was never the issue. And now you're trashing an entire community! WTF? Look, we love the elves. You, I'm not so sure about. And even if we're "5%", can anyone really afford to just throw away good business for no other reason than they just can't take criticism? You started posting and ranting on here about agencies, and LE and all kinds of things before you ever even spoke to Ella. You jumped to conclusions without attempting to ascertain the facts. However, arrogance combined with stupidity are traits that bring that out in me.

But in reaction to the latest "theBSgirls" post, I'm not taking my business elsewhere, because It NEVER came close to earning my business.

I already suggested hiring a P/R firm...It's spin control definitely needs to be outsource. But apparently It also needs upgrade in It's accounting depart, over 1000 reviews...yea right!

I was going to share some insight I heard from another market about the whole Ella leaving It back in early Dec...but It needing her to return b4 the first of the year. But I admit, that would be hitting below the belt...so I'll move on .

As far as It hurting anyone's feeling....now there's a good laugh. Signs of delusion, or should I say delirium, of greatness and power are definitely traits of the old fashion "legend in your own mind" sickness...think they have a pill for that.

But I have to admit I do enjoy the occassional "kissing the proverbial ass" of some of our sexy and young LOCAL ladies...but I guess that post should be in the review section, lol.

This whole situation could have been handle so much easier, and professionally by thegfegirls....with everybody coming out a winner. Unfortunate they had decided to go the path they did. Hope the local guys who have enjoyed them, will find their ads where ever they place them. And that it will be, as it always should have been about...business combined with fun!

Finally to theBSgirls...or as I know how your referred to in other markets...PimpMART, why not open up the purse strings and start treating your ladies better. Don't make them drive hours to get to a market, and then put them into a position like you did in this situation. It's simply not fair to them, or their clients.

And It might want to take a couple of Business management classes if your going to consider yourself a...national mangement company, probably won't help...but you never know, lol.

GFE has proven that they wish to distract from the original problem by making accusations against the whole city of KC and whatever city that wishes to call them out on a problem.

The guys have had their feathers ruffled more than once.

You seriously could've avoided all of this by talking to Ella first and then posting an apology to the gent (jan) with the offer to make it up to him at a discount. Any good business would do that. But, instead you continue to insult the intelligence of the people who post on this board. You do realize that we do have brains and do realize what you're doing.

Boards like this are going to have yours or any other providers fans and haters. If you can't deal with being critiqued then I suggest that maybe its best not to post on boards or any other review sites. Do a NRP (no review policy).

Hobbyists have survived without the Elves in their cities before you came on the scene and they will survive after you've closed up shop. But, in the meantime if you want clients to book with your ladies, you might want to freshen up on the customer service skills. Based upon the reviews I've read, guys seem to like Elves, but guys won't be enticed to use your service if you keep degrading them.

I've given you advice in this thread earlier and so have a few others. But, you seem to skip over that and post what you wish.

Its a two way darlin', to receive respect......you must give respect.
