And as if he isn't obnoxious enough under normal circumstances, this time was just about starting a bunch of ridiculous troll threads so that he could pick fights, in the hope that others would be thrown out.

Tatas keeps piling up points until he exceeds the ban threshold. Then some of the points expire and he returns whenever his point total dips below the ban threshold.

I don't mind if he keeps popping up again every 3 or 6 months. He has entertainment value. Like a circus freak. Just think... if Barnum and Bailey had only known about kumquats!
