If OP hadn't done what he did which was setup his phone to record you all would be getting your pockets picked by Emo for the foreseeable future. He's done this board a service regardless of his intent to record a session or not. As for the legality of him recording a session never mind each of us here is also breaking the law as well right?

Over the years I have had several requests from AMP girls to put my phone where it could not record. This tells me the hidden video has been done before. It's not ok to video without permission but at least this time it saved the OP.
