I don't know "why" Trump does things unless he explains it publicly so I can hear it, because I don't pretend to read minds like you LiberalSocialistAntiTrumpers, but based on the SCOTUS HOLDING I can imagine that the reason why he didn't "ADMIT DEFEAT" is because he wasn't DEFEATED! At the same time I do understand the mental gymnastics in which the LiberalSocialistAntiTrumpers engage to appear correct in the erroneous assessment of Trump.
