But, I do agree that if it becomes a review only website, that would be fine, but there are providers who have said in other threads that they are going to adopt a no review policy, so if most providers do that, Eccie being a review site will also be out the window. I agree with Megan’s sentiment that we can go through life constantly harping about what we don’t like about the new ECCIE, or we can turn lemons into lemonade and make the most of what the site can still do for the community.

The multiple pages of members requesting their account to be deleted/disabled with many more to come, is going to be a tell tale sign of advertisers when it comes time to renew their subscription.

This site was just hanging on when it came to real hobbyists that shared real experiences because of all the bullshit reviews for promotion of a new provider, embelished to appease the provider to keep the backlash at a minimum and the totally fake ones for PA, but now, that rope is fraying to the point where most of who put up with the drama shit pot that is this site to use it as a screening/info share tool are abandoning ship for others and Eccie is totally useless now. This is all very RIDICULOUS. No Prosecutor in the land is going to try and prove that an act of prostitution took place based on a fucking review. Who would the witnesses be? Even if they had video of you exchanging money and then having sex, how could they prove that the money was for the sex and not a previous loan or for "consulting"?

No, we're simply back to the good old days where in order to arrest a John he has to be attempting to buy sex from an undercover cop... and the Provider has to be negotiating with the same.

The only people with any liability for an online site are the site owners etc... and that's only if it can be proven that the site is in fact facilitating prostitution by more than five parties. Again we're back to the undercover cop thing.

The ONLY way that prostitution can be reliably proven is through entrapment.

Personally - I've embarked on a personal Jury nullification plan. Since our govt. betters never see fit to prosecute any criminal activity by our anointed politicians, I am going to vote to acquit anyone I may be seated on a trial for that is not a violent crime. Tax fraud? Acquit. Speeding ticket? Acquit. Prostitution? Acquit.
